My challenge to self is 60 minutes of cardio every day, without any break.
As I have to travel extensively for my work and there are unplanned moves also forcing me to miss sometimes, so I intentend to work atleast 1500 minutes of cardio in November.
In addition some 200 minutes of strength workputs also.
