The deadline given (24 hours) is to DO the challenge on THAT particular day. Even if you come here and update your post once a week with your results, it will be fine.

I will surely try to do the best but i may be bit late late in reporting prev day's challenges as i dont get time to log on but will try to do so.

Oct 1 - Drink 8 glasses of water - Done!
Oct 2 - Do 3 sets of crunches (15-20 reps per set). -Done
Oct 3 - Do 30 minutes of cardio - Done
Oct 4 - Eat 5 servings of veggies -Done
Oct 5 - Do 30 min ST -done
Oct 6 - Huddle today in the team AND eat/drink 3 servings of dairy -Done
Oct 7 - Share a special incident/moment from your life in the "Check-in & Chat thread" - Done
Oct 8 - Stretch for at least 15 minutes Done
Oct 9 - Do something for yourself Done
Oct 10 - Drink 8x Water Done

Oct 20 - No added sugar today -This is a hard one for me! halfed the sugar, from 2 spoons to 1 will try for half a spoonbut sorry cant do without sugar.

Oct 22 - List 3 things that you are proud of accomplishing this month. You could do this here or in the Check-in thread.1. This Challenge 2. Exercise 3.Daily active with goals

Oct 26 - Get at least 8 hours of sleep -not done working on it! -almost
Oct 27 - Post at least 5 times in the team forums today - Done
Oct 28 - No fast food! -Done! Never eat fast food!!
Oct 29 - Do an extra 15 minutes of cardio than you normally do -Done (will be doing much more today)

November: Water goals, fruit, exercise and hope to lose some weight too. Have big plans let´s see if they work.

So here is the deal:

Below is a list of challenges - one per day. You will need to complete the challenge before the end of each day! You will get a point for every day that you complete the challenge! Whoever has the most points at the end is the challenge winner and they earn a SparkGoodie from the TEAM!
