would like to try this out

my week i will start from monday.

week 1:alternate day gym and yoga for 30 to 40 mins.
week 2:no fried items and no plain flour
week 3:fitness + nutrition(3veggies and 2 fruits)

2) GRAB A GOODIE CHALLENGE: To add zing to the challenge, we have added a little twist.
You pick a goodie worth 200 points you want from the leaders, if you are consistent staying on the challenge 5/7 days you get the goodie, if you sign up and fail and to post or stay consistent, you gift away the same goodie to the leaders.

Week 1- Fitness week(pick ur own fitness challenge)
Week 2- Nutritional Challenge(pick your own nutritional challenge)
Week 3- Personal challenge(pick your own non-fitness/nutrtional challenge)
Week 4 - Bond with the members challenge( you must huddle on the team 2/week, post on team members page 2x/week, give a goodie to any 2 team members on any 2 days/week, one free day left for you to choose.
