Use the same message box, to track your weekly weigh-ins
Simply post your first weigh - in for the month, to start, a message box.
Then hit edit post,of your first message, there after, till months end.
This way it keeps your progress all in one message box over the month.
It will be easier for members to follow and give support, when needed.
