I wish I had plans to get away but with DH on dialysis and one of the insurances do not cover out of the state unless emergency we are kind of stuck here. We do plan to get out to the lake and get some fishing in. We ate the last of our fish ( that we caught) over the weekend so it is time to stock up of fish for the year.
Ohter that that maybe some of Grandson baseball games and enjoy the garden we have planted this year. Next year it will be bigger!
I moved to Dallas primarily so son could attend college and not have to worry about a job and focus on studies. I am not used to being in a land of concrete so I do not do much. I recently quit smoking and took up clean eating and exercise. I now exercise for the fun of it. It is the highlight of my day. Sad huh. But it is better than the drinking and smoking. So that is my summer! LoL
~Michelle Macari in St George UT~ Lifestyles of the fit and meatless! What is it that should trace the insuperable line?… The question is not, Can they reason? nor, Can they talk? but, Can they suffer? —Jeremy Bentham (1748–1832) A dead cow or sheep lying in the pasture is recognized as carrion. The same sort of carcass dressed and hung up in a butcher’s stall passes as food. —J. H. www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUMUvYLC5iM White Phoenix
I plan to walk a min. of 2 miles a day with my dogs, with walking/running 5 miles every other day. Train both standard poodles to continue their path to become therapy dogs for not just me, but for others.
