Good idea FRANANN!

Tracking food is a great idea and maybe to have a weekly goal for exercise minutes. Maybe like 100 minutes. That is just a bit over 30 minutes 3X a week.

Good question! I am going nowhere with my weight! I think my biggest problem is keeping track of what i eat! I JUST DON'T LOG ANYTHING. Did it for a day or two then nothing!!! So I guess for me it would have to be tracking! emoticon
