welcome back queen....it is only has hard as you make it....tell yourself you can do this...tell yourself it is only 15 pounds.....tell yourself i got this!! i understand your frustrations i too find it hard to stick to the healthy lifestyle changes...and i do fall off the wagon..but you just have to keep telling yourself that you are worth it! that you deserve to be happy and if that means losing weight than you have to do it for yourself. good luck Queen we are in this together.

Coming in to say....be strong...don't let that 5 pounds distraught you...if you have lost in the past, you can do it now. Keep your head up and don't fail yourself. Stay motivated. It will come off!!! BE BLESSED, MEEK!!!!
I left SparkPeople for 2 1/2 months and have gained 5 pounds. I feel like I can't do this weight loss thing and all I need to lose is 15 pounds but it's the hardest 15 ever had to lose. I didn't have this much trouble losing weight after having my children. I need some support. Please help!!!!!
Regardless of how much patience we have, we would prefer never to use any of it.
