Well ladies, I didn't do all that well with my wt lost. I really have gained some wt back. But I am fine with that. Once my knee heals I will be back in the gym and walking every night around my subdivision.
I plan to start buying my healthier foods so I can cook the things I need to cook. My kids will not eat brown rice so I am not going to force them. They eat their veggies so I am ok with that and they all are skinny!
What I am going to work on with them is that they don't have to have 2 & 3 plates of anything.
I am having a big Birthday Party Bar-B Que tomorrow. I can't wait. I am going to have my husband buy me chicken breast to put up for the week.
I have been really blessed for all the support from you ladies.
