This looks like a good program to get into since Summer is practically over. I took a look at it and Phase 1 looks good. Nutrition recs are on point. It's exactly the way I eat...not so much the starches though. I don't know what Phase 2 and 3 is all about, but I guess that will be coming soon. Will be happy to cheer on anyone who is going to take on this transformation. :)
Just wanted to inform those who haven't heard about the 12 week challenge. I learned about this from the muscle and fitness hers team. Jamie Eason (IFBB Pro figure competitor) has set up a free 12 week challenge on bodybuilding.com. She has set up this 12 week transformation for men and women, no matter what your fitness level is. She gives a diet plan also and it's all free. You can check it out if your interested and who knows there maybe something you can use from it for your routine you already have in place.
