So I finished my 1st week of p90x . I really dont feel like i pushed myself s hard as I coudve so this week ima most def step it up. Im not going to give up like I have in the past, i have too much on the line. Im trying to figure out exactky how im supposed to be eating while on this program. Im trying to get my dietary habits together, but its anything but easy. But yea, i am proud of myself for sticking the week out. BUt i can do better. Thanks for all of the support, it really does help!
