WELL MY BBQ I WALKED 29 MILES I NEEDED 1 MORE MILE TO HAVE HAD 30MILES, THIS WEEK I WILL SHOOT FOR 25 MILES SINCE I WENT BACK TO WORK, HARD FOR ME TO EXERCISE AND LOG ON SPARKPEOPLE WHEN I WORK, BUT I STILL WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN IN MY FOOD JOURNAL, LET SEE IF I CAN ACCOMPLISH 25 MILES THIS WEEK emoticon

An update on my last weeks mileage count I walked 24 miles, i want to try for 30 miles this week, wish me luck BBQ emoticon
