I looked at your food tracker for yesterday and one thing I noticed is you're not eating any protein in the morning. Definitely add 20-30g of good protein to your breakfast, and add another 15-20g of protein with your snack. You're definitely on the right track though!

I am portoin controlling down to the limit, I eat a lot of of veggie and fruits (love them) and as for protein I eat mainly fish, lots and lots of mushrooms, various beans and nuts (almonds, honeyroasted cashews/peanuts)....not sure what else there is......thanks much on the insight, maybe need to look at the fruits I am consuming and maybe need to cut out the 3rd snack......

I am no expert but you must use portion control even on healthy foods. I am not sure exactly what you are eating but maybe you should make vegetables and fruits as your staple foods. As for protein, certain fish is high in protein, beans, and almonds as well.As long as you watch serving sizes you should be find with protein and meeting your caloric needs. Hope this helps~

Can any BBQ Woman tell me "why" is it that while I am wholeheartedly doing what I need to do to lose and maintain my weight and to eat the correct foods, I am either going over my caloric intake with the so-called right foods or "why" my protein intake I can't seem to reach? LADIES I NEED TO KNOW!!!!
