I am portoin controlling down to the limit, I eat a lot of of veggie and fruits (love them) and as for protein I eat mainly fish, lots and lots of mushrooms, various beans and nuts (almonds, honeyroasted cashews/peanuts)....not sure what else there is......thanks much on the insight, maybe need to look at the fruits I am consuming and maybe need to cut out the 3rd snack......
