I did not gain all this weight in 1 day so I know it is going to take time to see results. But guess what...I am going to stick to it. Day 2. Feeling good, did not have time to work out this morning but will be leaving work early to go and get my work out on. By the way, Ladies drink your water it helps flush toxins from the body including fat.
