Everyone so far is correct I would like to say STOP the fast food. Buy more fresh veggies and fruits. Bake and stop frying, small portions and drink plenty of water. Please let me know if I can help you in anyway.

I had 3 George Foreman grills since they came on the market,because I do not fry any foods on a daily basics. If I fry something (chicken), its only once every 3 months. I use a crock pot and a rotisserie quite often. To give your veggies flavor try using chicken broth and Miss Dash.
Progress may be slow, but it happens! No such thing as last place only finishers.

i need to know how to cook healthy and not so much fatty foods this is my first time dieting and it's real hard for me so i need a support system and how do i know how many calories to consume in one day to know that im healthy???
