I'm really sorry, but, I am going to have to drop out of this challenge.
I am on several team challenges already, with other teams, and am co-moderator on a huge team, with over 100,000 members, and have over 200 emails a day---I just can't keep up with this one.
Next time you have a challenge, if it is a shorter one, or one that just focuses on one or two items, I would love to join in again.

I am in a challenge that I made as well and it is 4 pounds in a month I dont want to lose to fast,
and IM not sure if I could lose that much 10 pounds in 6 weeks my metabolism is slow,
I am a diabetic so i have to be careful as well.

You girls always seem to drag me in! :) Well, I do need a new challenge and this is one without counting the kcal eaten so I have no excuse not to join! I really want to get under the 143 so my mother takes me to a spa!! A little bit bold, but hey it must be a challenge and the last few weeks I dropped a pound each week :D

to submit u only need to write ur name, weight, height and how much lbs u want to lose in those 6 weeks

and after the submitting time pass which is max 22 of July the next day it will be written here all the participated with numbers

then after u know ur number u keep it & use it thru the 6 weeks in,

posting Daily:
Exercise:
Water:
Fruits & Vegs:
Feelings about self:

and post Weekly ur weight on those Sundays those dates mentioned,
when u post ur weight u write ur number, name, week number and how much did u lose.

2nd Step: post
your weight weekly here every Sunday:
week1 22 July
week2 29 July
week3 5 August
week4 12 August

Step3: Post everyday
1.how much u exercised every day
2.how many cups of water did u drink
3.how many servings from veggies and fruits u did u 4.everyday
5.How do u feel about urself everyday
