Today's leadership lunch meeting was fun and productive. Some great things brewing here! We will have a February challenge posted in the next few days which will start on February 1st and run the entire 4 weeks - with each week presenting a new step to add to the previous week's assignment. This will be an individual point-based challenge. Our Spring challenge after that will be a team challenge. You will receive a spark mail soon about the February challenge. Hope you will all put your HEARTS into it! emoticon

The 50 Ways to lose your flubber was awesome. I don't think I've participated in one yet that had teams, but am very open to that.

Personally I am working on trying new things - new foods, new veggies, new fruits, new places to walk, new smoothie recipes, you get the idea.

Another idea is partners, instead of teams. I'd love a partner to help me figure out some strength training exercises and work-arounds - not everyone can afford personal trainers, but between all of the people that are on this team - we all have expertise and we are a wealth of knowledge we can tap into.

The LEADERSHIP team is awesome. Thank you.

I personally love the challenges, but I can never remember to report in, so on so many occasions, I have let my team down even though I've met all the goals! I don't know that there's a solution to that, but that is one reason I might suggest individual challenges along with team challenges.

Your leadership team is meeting later this week to format and plan out some upcoming team challenges for you. With the idea in mind that this is YOUR team, we would like to invite you to tell us what you enjoy in a challenge, ideas for challenges, how long the ideal challenge lasts in your opinion, do you enjoy being divided into teams or competing as an individual more?

We will keep the weekly challenge going, which is an individual challenge to either do a small task, work on a healthy habit, or explore something new. What we are working on is bigger challenges that really push us to do better by our bodies and health, to incorporate fun into the challenge, and to build a sense of community and team spirit. Remember, this is YOUR team....sound off!
