Your leadership team is meeting later this week to format and plan out some upcoming team challenges for you. With the idea in mind that this is YOUR team, we would like to invite you to tell us what you enjoy in a challenge, ideas for challenges, how long the ideal challenge lasts in your opinion, do you enjoy being divided into teams or competing as an individual more?
We will keep the weekly challenge going, which is an individual challenge to either do a small task, work on a healthy habit, or explore something new. What we are working on is bigger challenges that really push us to do better by our bodies and health, to incorporate fun into the challenge, and to build a sense of community and team spirit.
