I got 45 out of 50. I didn't make it an entire week without fast food of some sort, though most of the drive-thru days I did get a salad with grilled chicken. My gym doesn't have exercise classes and I didn't want to spend money on one somewhere else. With the back procedures I've had, I don't DELIBERATELY take the stairs, though I live in a two story house and climb stairs every day. I didn't find time during this busy season to pamper myself, though I had said I would make it a priority. Boo! I also have no where I normally go that is within walking distance to go without driving except for the gym and I do that already so I didn't count it. I also buddy up with someone every weekend to walk and that involves going to a local park. I counted those!

I hope everyone did well and worked out of their comfort zones to try some new things. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone no matter how you celebrate. If you don't, then I still wish you happiness and blessings!

So how did everyone do? I got 48 of 50 challenges done! The only two I didn't do was to have a meatless day (I don't believe I've ever had a meatless day in my entire life, and I'm not really interested in having one either, sorry!) and taking an exercise class. The only classes I know are at my gym, and I haven't been to my gym in a couple months. I should go back...
