I'm going to try to exercise on a more regular basis. I work 3 12hr shifts a week, ususally in a row, so that can make it a little bit more difficult, but I really need to try. I do ok with getting in cardio because we try to take a 30 min walk at work during the night (in addition to all the walking we do as nurses anyway during a shift - LOL), but the strenght trainging is hard for me to get in. Right now I'm still trying to get some injuries healed from a fall a week ago, so anything using my hands is out of the question, but I am going to seriously try to do my legs, hips and abs this week.

I'm happy to report that I'm down a bit this week. I didn't have TOPS due to the rain but my house scale says I'm making progress now not to sabotage it and go on a binge! I'm so good at that!
Last week in my TOPS group I talked about goal setting. Most of us have have some ambiguous goal to loose weight etc. Really the important thing is to make it do able!
So my Dear San Antonio Children what do you plan to do this week to help you with your goals?
