February is a great month to get going again. Each week we will concentrate on getting back on track and keep up with a goals.

Week 1 Water and Food Tracking

emoticon emoticon emoticon staying hydrated is important, all year round. make your daily goal, and stick to it.


emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon track your food, set a daily calorie limit and stick to it, make sure you are getting adequate protein and lot's of fresh fruit/vegetables if possible.
