No exercise today - cranky teething little one meant that I wasn't headed out to walk the mall after doing a child care facility visit. I *will* walk the mall tomorrow, though.

Doing OK so far ... the scale is going up inexplicably, but I'm doing everything right, so I'm guessing it's a fluke, like water retention or something.

Exercise!

I am thinking about walking the mall today, but for sure I need to do some strength training.

I did NOT drink all my water yesterday or exercise. I can NOT do that today! I guess that was my day not to exercise this week. Someone remind me to exercise!

I've been more on than off - had a day or two at ~1/2 the water I should have been drinking, but got back on track today. It's all more than I was drinking before I started here!

How's it going? What have you done to meet your goal?

I have walked a total of 79mins over the weekend. So my goal is on track :o)
