Jumping late, but my goal is to get into the habit of recording everything I eat. I just started WW and its helping me realize that I eat a lot more than I thought!

Mine is to be at least halfway to my goal weight. I only need to drop 10#, so that should be very do-able!

Now, the problem of not getting pregnant before Easter without TTA...THAT is going to be a challenge ;)

I want to lose 7.2 pounds by Valentine's Day. Then I will have lost 27.2 pounds since I began this journey Nov. 17.

I am working on logging every thing eaten and squeezing in a walk at least three times a week. Hopefully I should start losing some weight! I'd be thrilled to be 5 pounds down at that point.

I want to lose between 2-8 pounds by Valentine's Day. 2 pounds will put me at my WW 10% goal and 8 will put me at 27 pounds lost total since July - and over 50% of my personal goal.

Fee fie foe fum.... Skinny jeans, here I come... And there I went...

Remember, a HEALTHY weight loss is HALF to TWO pounds per week!

Just one? I have a lot of things I need to work on, lol.

Okay, one thing I will do is to stay on program, eating only what I'm supposed to. I will accomplish this by writing down what I eat so I know how much I'm eating.

My goals, and there are two, are to exercise 15 min a day 6 days a week and to write down and count all my calories.
