I feel ya on this! I was down to 135 and then after a couple weeks of too much ice cream bumped back up to 139! It's been about a week without ice cream and I am back down a couple pounds. Just taking it day by day and week by week though. and I still crave sweets quite often!

I am on the 7th floor now, almost down to 6th floor! Hope to make 120 ville by Halloween! emoticon

Today Sept 18, I am on the sixth floor. It has a nice view but I want to go down some more.

Friday, Sept.21 I am now on the fifth floor.

Was squatting on the roof for a while (stress + travel = no working out for me boooo). I stopped stressing, focused more on just what I SHOULD be eating and not weighing myself everyday and BOOM! Moved to the 7th floor at some point :D


Hello- DO NOT GIVE UP! YOU'VE JUST HIT A PLATEAU!!!! You can get through it, maybe shake things up a bit with your workouts??

Hi, y'all! A little less than a year ago I had just moved down to the ground floor (130.1, what what!). In December, I was unpacking my boxes on the first floor of the 140-ville Hi Rise, and I think that a month or two ago I was even climbing the stairs to the second or third floor.

BUT I'm happy to report that I'm back on track, and moving back into the 130-ville Hi Rise. A couple weeks ago I was on the 9th floor, and now I'm on the 8th floor and hoping to not get too comfortable! Who wants to come over for some green smoothies? :)

Hello, Hello 118 (sorry, I couldn't resist!!!).

The easiest way for me to explain is using an example- I'll use my weight. So today I'm at 138. something. So that means I'm on the 8th floor (you use the number in the "ones" spot to determine what floor you're on). Say I loose a pound over the next week, that means I can move on down to the 7th floor (because my weight would be 137.something). If you are approaching 130-ville but aren't quite here, you are "on the roof waiting to move in." For most of us, the goal is to make it from the basement level apartments (aka 130. something) to the 9th floor of 120-ville (so your weight would be 129.something).

So that's the general idea!

Hi Friends! Just got in to town and I'm in the penthouse suite for now! A year ago I left through the ground level door the day I did my first half marathon. It's been a crazy year and I now have two halfs beneath my belt but those pesty folks in Leaving 140-ville have a powerful pull. They keep trying to lure me back. Currently I am on the right track and will be heading down to the bottom floor right away. This time, I'll take the stairs!
