Wonderful. I will mail everyone tomorrow. Let's look to start fresh on Monday. I am working real hard to get conversation and participation going. Since this is a new group I have to remember it takes time. (thanks for the idea to send the spark mail). All ideas and thoughts are welcome. Sounds great to me! I go to class faithfully twice a week, but struggle with my practice at home. To me, this isn't a challenge but gives me incentive to build my practice at home.

I want to create some kind of Yoga challenge, but I don't want it to be competitive since Yoga is about connecting to the body. Any ideas? I was thinking about trying a different pose a day for 10 days and having a daily check in? Would love to hear how everyone feels and if there is any interest. This type of challenge would allow anyone to jump in at any time. I am open to hear other ideas.
