hmmmm.....{{{{{shoves aside the crusty donut}}}}}}}}

WEllllll... now I have smuggled in some
Burger King Grilled chicken sandwiches with no sauce!!! YUMMMMMM.....

But you will have to do:

110 mins of walking
45 mins of jogging
33 mins of swimming
61 mins of cycling
# Based off a 35 year old female that's 5.74ft tall and weighs 144lbs.

Since I ran an hour... I already consumed my deliciousness!! yum yumm... anyone else run enough for the chickeny goodness???

Ok...
new day... and java's are gone!

Sssssshhhhhh.... I managed to smuggle some JELLY DONUTS from Dunkin Donuts....

But, here's the catch... in order to get ONE of these... you will have to do ONE of the following:

74 mins of walking
31 mins of jogging
22 mins of swimming
41 mins of cycling

Anybody jone-sing for a donut? It's a lot of sweat invested---just for one!

....ok, the Runner's Cafe has run into a little snag in the area of a kitchen.. hee heee.

We just have to get a permit etc. and that is NOT easy for a VIRTUAL cafe... So.. for now.. I have smuggled in some HOT Dunkin Donuts COFFEE w/SKIM milk.

Stand back, don't all crowd over at once!!!! These beverages are 10oz.. of pure pleasure.. heee... and highly sought after by our Runner's Cafe groupies.. therefore it is only fair to warn you, the supply is sparse.. and the demand will be high... See, I can only carry three in here at a time!!!! haha!

How to handle this??? Well, rather than just pass out the coffee FREEly... hmm.. You'll be CHARGED...but, unfortunately legality issues do NOT allow for Blooregard and Crochetlocket to accept monetary donations for faux coffee/snacks served at our virtual cafe.. heee..

RAMBLING ALONG...

If you would like to have one of these limited beverages... sign up below AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED....

at least one of the following (which by the way is the ACTUAL amount req'd to burn off the calories, gasp!):

7 minutes of walking
3 minutes of jogging
4 minutes of cycling

Take your pick....

heeeeeeeeee... THE THREE JAVAS ARE LINED UP AND WAITING.... Who's gonna buy the first one?? heeeeeeeeeee...
