Hi Skinny2Fat2Fit,

Insanity is no joke - it will challenge you immensely. I thought Month 1 was hard, Month 2 is kicking my butt. My advice is simple - go at our own pace, modify exercises if you need to and take breaks when your body tells you to (my body provides that nudge A LOT!). And yes, when I need to, I MODIFY!! I go hard for as long as I can but I have no problem with modifying exercises that are too intense or come right after a real intense one - I find myself modifying the "moving push-ups" to regular push ups - you'll know when to do it, just try to keep moving.

I went to Essence Festival last weekend and went off track for about a week so I'm getting back into the swing of things. I will tell you that my boyfriend has been telling me that my body is changing - more toned and I feel stronger. I haven't seen all of the weight come off so I've stopped weighing myself and decided to wait until I finish the whole program.

Stick with it - at any size, YOU CAN DO IT! Go at your own pace, modify and when you get real tired just look into Shaun T's eyes :-) LOL ...that only works the first couple of workouts :-)) Good luck and let me know how it goes!

Hi SKINNY2FAT2FIT yes the Tabata Bootcamp is intense. I do it at home and I actually made it up myself. I downloaded a Tabata/HIIT/Circuit counter App and put some workouts together (some I did from some of my workout DVDs and others I've gotten from Pintrest). This particular workout goes back and forward between high and low impact (like burpee to front kicks or squat jumps to fast hamstring curls) but always high intensity 20 seconds hard work 10 second rest.
