i try to put in hard effort to work out 6 days a week. i juice one or two meals a day and eat a good healthy meal for my lunch. Since i work afternoon, i don't eat after 7 pm.
i have a old friend which i really love him,but seem like not goin NOWHERE, so "I THINK ABOUT POTIVE THING I LIKE AND DO FOR MYSELF", This make me happy to do me.. emoticon
