So I was thinking about doing a personal challenge to remotivate myself to work harder and get back onto the right track. So I thought I would check around but I didn't really find any that interested me. So I thought I would check and see if anyone else was up for a challenge.
Cause I know I could use a little accountability in my life! Something to just push me back in the right direction. Rebuild the foundation cause I haven't been giving it any effort in a LONG time!
I was thinking of a bit of a step ladder. Start with the foundation.
Week 1: Get 8 hours of sleep daily. Drink 8 cups of water daily. Get 90 minutes of light exercise weekly. Track your meals daily.
Week 2: Get 7 servings of fruits and veggies. 20 minute walk/exercise daily (140min/wk). 60 minutes per week of choice activity. Play basketball. Or try a workout Dvd.
Week 3: continue with the previous weeks. Add in 100 sit ups this week and 100 push ups 100 squats
Week 4: 30 minute daily walk. 90 minute weekly choice activity. This week Try 100 bicycle crunches, 100 bridges, 100 lunges, 100 dumbell chest press (water bottles make good weights if you dont own any!)
Goal: 50% of weight loss ACHIEVED!
