Is it just me or does anyone else find it extremely hard to stay on track over the weekend. Monday through Friday are a breeze, but the weekend really seems to set me back. Does anyone have any suggestions for staying on track over the weekend. I'm thinking of trying juicing this weekend ( anything so I don't sabotage my diet like I have the last couple weekends).
Any tips will be greatly appreciated.
