I haven't been on BBQ in quite some time. I am in and need all the motivation that I can get.

My 3 are:

* Lose 25 pounds
* Finish the full 60 day Insanity traning program
* Drink water and take my vitamins consistently

True enough and I can't believe it. A friend told me to try jogging for an hour a day. I realised i could not do it, cos it could not work for me. But I discovered I enjoyed walking for long distances each morning than jogging. So I chose to do walking. Believe it or not, I do walk for at least 1h30mins a day and it's working for me.
So I'll try it for 5 months then.

1. Finish the 60-day INSANITY DVD (3 attempts so far and I get tripped up by Day 10 - never made it past it...got to stick with it and complete it this time)

1. Work out at least 5 days every week , was working out 3-4 days, gonna kick it up a knotch.

2. Eat a low carb diet at least 2 days every week by only eating meat, fish eggs veggies and healthy fats.

3. Stay within my allowed 1200 calorie range every day.....

4. Fit into my Single digit clothing by the end of this challenge by losing at least 2 dress sizes

Okay... I'm going to step out here.

1. Eat (not drink) at least three servings of fruit or vegetables every day.
2. Brush and floss every night (I hate eating and drinking after I brush)

1. Eat better by increasing my water and veggie intake.
2. Track my measurements once a month.
3. Show my 12 year old son how to do all of the above.
