1. Work out at least 5 days every week , was working out 3-4 days, gonna kick it up a knotch.

2. Eat a low carb diet at least 2 days every week by only eating meat, fish eggs veggies and healthy fats.

3. Stay within my allowed 1200 calorie range every day.....

4. Fit into my Single digit clothing by the end of this challenge by losing at least 2 dress sizes

Okay... I'm going to step out here.

1. Eat (not drink) at least three servings of fruit or vegetables every day.
2. Brush and floss every night (I hate eating and drinking after I brush)
3. Meet my goal of fitting comfortably into my cute white pants so I can be a rebel and wear them AFTER Labor Day. Lol.

Yesterday I invited a friend to join me for a pre-screening at the movie. (This was one of my 3 for ME, earlier this week)

1. Increase my walking distance 1x per week
2. Include more seeds and nuts with my meals 2x per week

I broke down my goals into categories. (I have way to much time on my hands emoticon)

Fitness/Health Goals
1. Complete a full workout and not feel winded
2. Eat healthy meals everyday
3. Walk 5k marathon

Personal Goals
1. Play 3 songs very well with the guitar
2. Cook Korean dishes for my husband (and he likes it)
3. Meditate every day for 1 hour

I have quite a few goals but to list 3 of them

1. Start an 8 week Kickboxing and Self Defence Class (April 15- June 3) - emoticon
2. Complete a 5k run on May 20 - emoticon
3. Complete a 10k run on August 19

Who else is ready to have some fun?!

Okay....My 3 things are....

1. To run a 5 K......

2. Continue to workout with my children and encourage them

3. Workout 5 times a week ALL summer!!! and be down a few dress sizes by the end of it....(My goal of ALL goals is to wear a size 10 in my adult life)

When you have come to the end of all that you know...
And it is time to step into the darkness of the unknown...
Faith is knowing that you will be given something solid to stand on....
Or taught to FLY !!!!!

I want YOU to think of three things that YOU want to do for YOU and have it ready to committ to on April 1st!!!

It could be to workout 3 times a week, eat more veggies and fruits, learn to swim, take an aqua aerobics class....whatever.

NOW IS THE TIME!!!!

THIS IS YOUR YEAR!!!!

NO EXCUSES!!!

I want you to look back at this time next year and say "I devoted time to ME and accomplished MY goal because I AM WORTH IT!!! Period!!!"

What is something you always wanted to do....but never got around too doing....or were to afraid to try? Well NOW is the time....

Wont you join me????

This will end on Labor Day once you commit....
