I think I am picking up too more....I am going to curb the sweet tooth too AND declutter.

I hate that I am late in this but I commit to working out at least three days a week. Drinking more water and eating a whole lot better damn it is hard not to fry a Pork Chop. But I need this for ME!!!!!

1. Set an eating plan of cutting back and put it into action at least 5 days per week and lose 20 lbs.
2. Eat fruit and veggies at least 5 days per week
3. Declutter my den and clean out my garage :-) I usually procrastinate for months lol

1. Joined Curves circuit training 10 Apr; attend sessions 3x per week. 2. Wear a pedometer and increase my steps to 10k at least 3 days a week. Current average steps per day: 7500 3. Loose 2lbs per week; total 8lbs per month.

2. Continue to workout with my children and encourage them
3. Workout 5 times a week ALL summer!!! and be down a few dress sizes by the end of it....(My goal of ALL goals is to wear a size 10 in my adult life)

It could be to workout 3 times a week, eat more veggies and fruits, learn to swim, take an aqua aerobics class....whatever.
