Good morning, I've had to readjust my goal. I took the realage test and discovered I am exercising to much. Who knew!? It explained that the exercising I am doing is hard on my joints thus aging me. I was happy with the results overall. At 58, it has me at 56.6. That is a great improvement because about a year ago when I first took it, I was 67. I'm going to still exercise sixty minutes a day but instead of every day, I will exercise Mon - Friday and take the weekend off. I will still weight lift Mon, Wed and Thursday. This is a learning experience for me but I'm determined not to give up and not get frustrated when I have to make changes. It's all part of reaching my goals.
My goal for the month of August is to lose another 5 to 10 pounds. Lately I've hit a steady spot of fighting with these 5 to 6 pounds that come and go. I'm losing more inches than I am pounds. I'm starting to get discouraged. But I stay strong. Smooches
Hi guys, Here are my suggestions: 1. Accompany at least one meal a day with water instead of a drink/juice. 2. Replace at least one service of juice a day with a fruit; that way you get the added benefit of the fiber from the fruit.
I made a challenge to workout everyday, which I have brought down to 6 times a week. I like the one about picking a buddy. That could be really effective seeing that alot of people want a buddy but there is no matchup.
