Thanks for the welcome everyone! I have completed my cardio goals since joining this site. I am so happy. Doing cardio is not easy for me.
I wanted to tell you about my experience in the sauna and steam room at my gym. I have been a member of my gym for about two years. I have never used these rooms at all. Well I decided to have a spa day on Saturday due to stress and let me tell you, I have never felt so good in my life! I sweated like a pig for real. But, the skin on my face was clearer than it has ever been and I had so much energy later that day, I thought someone had drugged me. I can't wait to go again. I figure I will do this at least twice a week.
Any thoughts or recommendations on saunas and steam rooms is welcome.
