Ok, didn't get to post last night but did exercise after work. Did 40 minutes on the stationary bike and get this 30, yes I said 30 minutes on the elliptical machine. I didn't even have leg cramps today!!! Yea me! emoticon

Way to go on that elliptical!!! You are really getting into your groove now!

I fell off last night and didn't get my workout done :( I guess I'll have to get two sessions in one of these days this weekend to make up. I haven't done two-a-days in years - so hopefully I won't fall out!

I was shocked when I got to 10 minutes yesterday! I just kept looking down at my feet while listening to my iPod and when I happened to look up I was like "whoa". I stopped at 10 cause I was just plain tired. emoticon What I noticed is if I do something else first (bike, treadmill) to warm up so to speak then do the eliptical I do alright, and my knees don't ache as much. I'll get my time in after I get off work today. One of the advantages to working for the YMCA, free membership. LOL

You're rocking that elliptical. I think I remember the first time you did like 3 minutes.

I did 50 minutes on the treadmill last night and will get something done tonight - maybe my step video.

45 minutes on the stationary bike and 10 minutes on the eliptical machine. Slowly building up endurance on the eliptical machine.

Well ladies, we've made it through two weeks of commiting to exercise. Way to go!

Now that we've gotten through the hardest part - the commitment, now it's time to up our game. For each exercise session this week, up the ante and add 10% of time or intensity to each of your workouts. So if you've been walking for 30 minutes, you should either add 3 minutes to your workout or run for 3 minutes of your 30 minute routine.

Check in and let us know how you're doing!!!
