Hello everyone Sorry I haven't posted in a few days, but I have been working out Monday-60 minutes cardio (30 treadmill, 30 elliptical) Tuesday-Turbo Jam's Turbo Sculpt Wednesday-30 minute aerobic video (Bodies in Motion) Thursday-I didn't workout on Thanksgiving day. I kinda spent all day helping my sister prepare. Friday-Back at work 30 minute aerobic video (Bodies in Motion) Saturday-Worked out with a trainer for 60 minutes One week down. I hope everyone did just as well this week.

Did 30 minutes on the stationary bike today.

Hi ladies - Hope that y'all had a great Thanksgiving. I definitely pushed away from the table sooner than I have in many years! Just finished 40 minutes on the treadmill :)

Today was a lazy day...did 30min stationary bike before work.

Sorry, I didn't post yesterday. I was at home with my little one (not feeling good) and she likes to play with my laptop.
Yesterday, I did 40 minutes Cardio Party and 20 minutes Ab Jam.
Today, I did 40 minutes TurboSculpt and 20 minutes TurboJam.
We can do this team!!! Work it out!!

Happy Tuesday ladies. Today I did 81 minutes on the treadmill (5K setting). I'm so proud of me I was able to work up to an incline on 12 at a speed of 2.4, that's the best I have done in a long time.

Hello everyone, I didn't get a chance to check in yesterday. I did 1 hour yesterday. 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the elliptical. I plan on strength training today (Turbo Jam Body Scuplt). I'll check in later to let you all know that goes.

Good Tuesday morning newbies - 45 minutes on the treadmill this morning doing intervals (but this morning was more walking than jogging).

Good morning newbies!!
It's week one of our six week challenge to work out for at least 30 minutes five times a week! Check in everyday that you work out and let us know how you did.
This morning I was on the treadmill for 35 minutes getting my full walk/jog on! All I thought about is that I'll take care of all of this pain with my fabulous massage in Jan :)
