Sorry I haven't posted in a few days, but I have been working out
Monday-60 minutes cardio (30 treadmill, 30 elliptical)
Tuesday-Turbo Jam's Turbo Sculpt
Wednesday-30 minute aerobic video (Bodies in Motion)
Thursday-I didn't workout on Thanksgiving day. I kinda spent all day helping my sister prepare.
Friday-Back at work 30 minute aerobic video (Bodies in Motion)
Saturday-Worked out with a trainer for 60 minutes
One week down. I hope everyone did just as well this week.
