I've been spending some time on the BBQ boards reading all of the stories of success, support and sisterhood and I'm even more inspired to start and finish this weightloss journey. I wanted to kick-off a challenge focused on newbies like me to get things cranking. I know that I'm struggling with having enough discipline to exercise regularly... so that's where the inspiration for this challenge comes from.
Starting Monday 11/19, do some form of aerobic exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes five times a week. The challenge will last for six weeks ending on New Year's Eve.
Reply if you're interested in participating in the challenge. Even if you're not new, but want to get consistency in your exercise routine, join us! Also, tell us how you'll reward yourself if (or should I say 'when') you complete the challenge successfully. So, in addition to those scale numbers dropping, you'll have something to look forward to in 2008.
