Thanks so much. I do this with regular milk but wasn't sure if it would work with non dairy as well.
You can also use nondairy milk with 1 to 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar. Let it stand at least 5 minutes or so.
1 cup of non dairy milk and a T lemon juice is what I use.
Revamping some favorite recipes and need help replacing the buttermilk. Any suggestions?
