hmm....yeah, I don't know what the texture is going to be, I've never had them frozen before. My aunt puts them in her borscht and they are delicious, but I'm too lazy to make borscht (and afraid of turning my food processor attachments pink) so maybe some sort of veggie soup is in order. Thanks!

Hi you could thaw them and then puree and use for hummus or bean spread or dip. Check sparks recipes or the team cookbook

Hi guys! I have some frozen broad beans that I want to use, but not exactly sure what to do with them. Does anybody have any good recipes I should try?
