I like to make it a "binder" (instead of mayo) in sandwiches. Just mix it with chopped veggies, tofu, cooked beans--anything.
I make mine in my Vitamix blender. When I've gotten all I can into a Tupperware, I add veggie broth the the hummus that's left in the blender and get it nice and hot. Then I add carrots, celery, zucchini, pretty much any vegetable and make give it a whirl. Lastly, I add a little corn tortilla or tortilla chips and, viola--TORTILLA SOUP!
