Anyone have any ideas/recipes for vegan "crab" rangoon?
This is LITERALLY the only thing I really crave that I cannot find anywhere! I have never even heard of people making it vegan! I used to make a semi-healthy baked version at home (when I ate seafood) but it sure wasn't very tasty. There is something about that fried, creamy, greasy goodness that just appeals to me!
I would assume that you could use vegan cream cheese, maybe vegan sour cream, green onions, wontons (fried)... but what would I use in place of crab?
