Anything that is pre-packaged is less healthy than something you make from scratch. Especially because most (non organic)soy based products made in the US are made from genetically modified soy.
I try to stay away from all soy except organic, non-gmo, tofu or soy beans that I make recipes with myself.
Here is a great recipe for firm delicious veggie burgers that you can make ahead and freeze. You can crumble the cooked patties for in casseroles, make a loaf shape for "meatloaf" and there is nothing bad in it at all. (carrots, oats, black beans, tomatoes,spices)
