IMVEGAN - these veggie burgers sound delicious. Thanks for the link to the recipe. When you freeze them, is it before or after you cook them? Thanks

Anything that is pre-packaged is less healthy than something you make from scratch. Especially because most (non organic)soy based products made in the US are made from genetically modified soy.

I try to stay away from all soy except organic, non-gmo, tofu or soy beans that I make recipes with myself.

Here is a great recipe for firm delicious veggie burgers that you can make ahead and freeze. You can crumble the cooked patties for in casseroles, make a loaf shape for "meatloaf" and there is nothing bad in it at all. (carrots, oats, black beans, tomatoes, spices)

I have tried many recipes for veggie burgers, most fell apart and had a mushy feel in my mouth. These are the BEST I have tried.
