Gluten is so addictive and easy to get. It is really hard to remain gluten-free. I am gluten intolerant and I have terrible pain from inflammation and vertigo when I eat gluten. You would think that would be enough for me to stay away from it but the carbs are so addictive I am like an alcoholic wanting a drink.

If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.

Just keep bringing your food in and you will find that it gets better for you and you don't have so many tummy troubles too.
