Here is two sites that will give you cards that you can print off of your computer and the second one you can add more than wheat if you have more than one food allergy and others at the bottom. Hope this helps. www.celiactravel.com/gluten-free-cards/11-

Not sure about these - but dining cards tell the servers and kitchen staffs that you are gluten free and what that means. It often includes a list of products that may contain gluten.

As for the free ones the offer was good in Aug of 2008 and is expired. I think I remember seeing that "gluten intolerance group" or "Celiac Sprue Association" has a printable card on their web site. try searching their sites.

Well since I just joined and did not get in on the gluten free dining cards. What are they and how do you use them? Are they worth purchasing?

To achieve it - you have to believe it!!

Sounds great! I just ordered a set of these... but would love to have a second set to leave in the car when I forget mine.

Thanks

Just thought you'd like to know!!

Triumph Dining is giving away FREE American Dining Cards until the end of August. There’s absolutely no purchase necessary. You can simply visit http://www.triumphdining.com/freediningcard.aspx to participate and get a free dining card.

The purpose of this give-away is to raise money for Celiac Disease Awareness. If we get 15,000 people to sign up for free dining cards, Triumph Dining will make a $10,000 donation in support of a national celiac disease awareness campaign. When we hit our goal, we’ll ask you and the gluten free community to help us decide which non-profit(s) receives the donation.

We’re trying to build awareness on two fronts: With 15,000 more dining cards on the street, we’ll be educating more restaurants about the gluten free diet faster. And, with $10,000 funding behind a national campaign, we can diagnose and educate more Celiacs.

The FREE dining card offer is available at http://www.triumphdining.com/freediningcard.aspx and we’ll be posting regular progress reports on our blog at http://blog.triumphdining.com.
