OMG!!! I am crazy. I had a co-worker challenge me this week to see who could lose the most weight in the next 12 weeks. He is training to run in the local river bank run here and needed some motivation. Guess who volunteered to help him? Now I need everyone's help cheering me on to victory.

We have until May 5th, that is 12 weeks, to do this. Please help cheer me on in anyway you can think of. I would love to hear from you all and get some great motivation coming in. :)
