I am 17 pounds away from my SP goal and have already been thinking about maintenance and occasionally checking out a maintenance SparkTeam.
My journey to become the healthiest I can be does not end because I lost weight - it continues at a maintenance level.
I will still use the nutrition and water trackers as I begin the maintenance portion of my journey because my caloric intake will actually increase from what it is now and I know my eyes are bigger than my stomach and it is all too easy to over-portion myself nutrition wise.
I figure I've come this far and I will make it to the end as long as I don't get in my own way!
So for me that means continuing exactly what it is that I'm doing that works for me and eventually I will get there!
