I'm so happy for you 17 pounds away is awesome. I know you will get their and do a great job mainting.
It is always hard before it is easy.
I Am Beautiful.
I Can Do this.
Sweat is Fat crying.
You are both doing ! My to you!
I've always heard that the real 'work' begins with maintenance & I tend to believe it. I got to my goal weight a couple years ago and got lazy. Next thing I knew I was right back where I started ! Now, I HOPE, I know better!

Decide. Commit. SUCCEED!!!
I am 17 pounds away from my SP goal and have already been thinking about maintenance and occasionally checking out a maintenance SparkTeam.
My journey to become the healthiest I can be does not end because I lost weight - it continues at a maintenance level.
I will still use the nutrition and water trackers as I begin the maintenance portion of my journey because my caloric intake will actually increase from what it is now and I know my eyes are bigger than my stomach and it is all too easy to over-portion myself nutrition wise.
I figure I've come this far and I will make it to the end as long as I don't get in my own way!
So for me that means continuing exactly what it is that I'm doing that works for me and eventually I will get there!

I have lost about 60 pounds and have about 25 more pounds to lose before I am finally at a healthy weight and reassess where I want to go. I have never been at a "healthy" weight before, I am almost below where I remember weighing in public school. I know I have come far, but it is hard to see the end. The end being, my final goal weight. It feels so close, yet so far! Anyone else had/have problems of nearing the end and approaching their final goals?
