HI GUYS,

A year later and I'm still singing the same song!

But I have lost 2.5 kilos this week. Am trying for 3 by 31 Jan 2014 SOOO today is a good day, I went to the city and was able to stay on track. I am very pleased.

Thank you Rivers!!!!

I was able to do the Treadmill for 35 minutes w/nine 1-minute sprints before breakfast too!!!

And I just finished a 1 hour Pilates DVD with emphasis on legs!!!

Today was a good day because I lost track of time which is something I never do. I frequently look at the clock to see how much time I have left to do the next thing I "have to do".

I can usually tell the time using my body clock for snacks & meals. That is how much I pay attention to these ques & the time of day. I ate meals & snacks regularly today and didn't think of what time it is. How unusual for me.

Today I didn't watch the clock and check what time it was. I think I lived in the moment instead of rushing ahead thinking what I "have to do next." emoticon

Looking back at this morning my motto for today - I have plenty of time.

I got a decent night's sleep and woke up with energy. Got my full Upper Body ST routine in and some Yoga. Then went for a 2 mile walk in the Park with my DH and AllyBear and went grocery shopping later and made a delicious Sesame Ginger Salmon dinner! All in all a pretty good day!!!

I have remained on track, so far! I'm feeling a little cranky cause I've been restricting my intake, but I've made very healthy choices & plan to do so for the rest of the evening! I got my exercise in this morning w/a body sculpting class & spin class! I also made a BIG commitment by buying a pair of spin shoes! Costly, but I expect to get a better workout in spinning from now on!

Ate and unhealthy lunch, but dinner and breakfast was super healthy and was able to stay in calories...
Had a wonderful day at church, read two short stories and stretched my mind a bit... feel great

Rested my body that was screaming from the exercise I put it through last week- and told it to get ready for next week...

Drop one lb per week... Sharon
