Fruit2O Essentials is really good. It's a flavored water with no calories. I get it at Sam's Club.

i just go the old fashion way and add fruit to my water. i have tried lemons limes strawberries and oranges. i have a 2 quart container and cut up the fruit put in container and add water. put in the frige and i am good to go. if its a poor week i have lemon and lime juice on hand add a little to taste and there you have it. my friends as school call it my pond water. lol when i have no fruit on hand and use the juice it clouds the water a little and looks like pond water. heehe

I'm always looking for ways to lower the carb loads and glucose levels in my blood. I am diabetic. Cinnamon and lemon juice are supposed to have similar properties to vinegar inthat regard. I can bring myself to drink lemonade and I take cinnamon capsules, but I just can't take the vinegar and some vinegars are carb loaded. It's very interesting to discover all the different effects foods have, isn't it? Thanks for the links. emoticon

Ok did more searching..b/c I know it doesnt sound very appleaing! here ya go..

Weight Loss

Apple cider vinegar has become popular as a “fat-burner” and as a natural appetite suppressant. In fact, there’s even an apple cider vinegar diet, which involves taking one to three teaspoons of apple cider vinegar or apple cider vinegar pills before each meal.

The earliest proponent of apple cider vinegar for weight loss was Jarvis, who wrote that people who consumed apple cider vinegar regularly would burn fat instead of store it. Although some say that the pectin, enzymes, vitamins, or potassium may help with weight loss, there is no reliable research showing that either apple cider vinegar or the combination of apple cider vinegar, kelp, vitamin B6 and lecithin can influence metabolic rate or the help us “burn fat” faster than we normally would.

One small study in 2005 found that those who ate a piece of bread with a small amount of white vinegar felt more full and satisfied than those who ate the bread alone. It’s possible that vinegar may affect satiety by lowering the glycemic index of carbohydrates eaten at a meal. More research is needed.

Apple Cider Vinegar — the Anti-Cancer

No single food or supplement can prevent cancer, amazingly however, vinegar is considered a “weapon” against cancer according to scientists at the A.P. John Institute for Cancer Research.

This also may come as a surprise: Apple cider vinegar may just help you stave off type 2 diabetes, which usually develops after age 40. Most people who have type 2 diabetes, much like people with high cholesterol, can control the disease through diet and lifestyle change. And that is where apple cider vinegar comes in.

Researchers at Arizona State University found that including apple cider vinegar in the diet may help to slow the rise of blood sugar after a high-carbohydrate meal.

From Ancient Folk Medicine to Modern Miracle —
Discover the Amazing Powers of Vinegar.

People from all walks of life — as well as some contemporary medical experts and vinegar pioneers — believe that apple cider vinegar aids digestion, helps maintain weight, and keeps blood pressure down. It’s also known to relieve congestion and maintain healthy skin.

Now you can discover for yourself the amazing healing powers of apple cider vinegar. Find out how vinegar’s curative powers can also help prevent age related diseases like cancer, heart disease, and bone loss.

In The Healing Power of Vinegar you’ll learn how red wine vinegar contains the same important antioxidants as red wine — without the alcohol. Plus, how to put dozens of more home remedies to work for treating allergies, arthritis, toothaches, sunburn, swimmer’s ear, sore throat, and other pesky ailments.

You’ll also find a wealth of natural beauty treatments and environment-friendly household hints — from making kitchen countertops sparkle to cleaning up after kids and pets!

Have you tried it? DOes it help bloating? I need help with that one. My abdomen is much larger in the evening than in the morning and it is all bloat. Do you eat during the day when you are using the drink or is that it for the day? All these questions so early in the morning. I think my head my explode from thinking so much.

Hi ,
I don't do the artificial sweetners either. I was watching a news program last night and they were raving about part of the 'BELLY FAT" Diet called Sassy water. I have enclosed the recipe. It has ginger and spearmint in it that help fight bloating ( they are both herbs used for digestion issues among other things ) and lemon and cucumber that are natural diuretics and the combo of things taste very good together. doesn't take long to prepare it and keep in pitcher in fridge to drink the next day.

Sassy water

8. 5 CUPS WATER
1 TSP/ GRATED GINGER
1 MED. CUCUMBER
1 MEDIUM LEMON
12 SPEARMINT LEAVES

COMBINE EVERYTHING AND LET IT STAND IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT. DRINK ALL WATER THROUGHOUT NEXT DAY

Crystal lite has so many more flavors to choose from. However, if you are a person who has digestive problems, the additives in it will bloat you.

I like the fruit20 also. The sugar can't be too bad because it doesn't impact my diabetes at all. I also like the sugar free "stick" mixes that wal-mart makes. They are similar to the ones that crystal lite makes, but I like the wal-mart flavor better. It is more intense.

Fruit2O tastes good - I like the peach-flavoured one the best. The only thing is is that all flavoured waters have some amount of sugar in them.

yeah, it has to be cold. like, super cold. I throw mine in the freezer.

if you drink it right off the shelf, it's disgusting for some reason. I'm not sure it's the sweetener, or what it is, but wow, even my boyfriend spits it out when it's warm lol, and he'll eat almost anything.

It is good...but only when its COLD. If it warms up, you can taste the artificial sweetner in it. I don't much care for the grape or strawberry. I thought they we too sweet. The lemon and orange are my favorite!

Upon finding out that I was having a problem choking down disgusting tasting water, some friends brought over one called Fruit2O. He'd had chemo last year, and had the same distasteful reaction to drinking enough water that I have, until he found this.

It comes in lots of flavors and tastes great, plus it's 0 calories!
