Is walking on the treadmill at an incline better than an elliptical for rounding out the buttocks?
I used to have that Buffie body. But once I put on more weight in back,side fat, belly fat, thighs my booty has flattened across the top. The bottom still has a lil curve.
I want to know what is best for getting that curve back that I used to have. I have been doing some squats recently.
