Hi, I am Mel and I joined the team but haven't been very good at posting. I am so sorry about that. I look forward to learning more about this team and what it has to offer me as well as what I can do for the team.
A little about me...I have not always been big but I have always had curves and a big booty...LOL!!! I have lost about 21 pounds and 32 inches so far since July but am going through many obstacles. You'd have to go back and read my blogs because it is too long of a story. I would love to have 50 pounds off by February. Why in Feb. well because my best friend is coming home from Iraq and we haven't seen one another for 15 years. Way back when I was 125 pounds lighter than what I am now. So I am feeling pretty down on myself about that. I have about 122 more pounds to lose to get to 175 pounds. That is what I weighed when I graduated and I wore a size 9/10. That is my goal size to be in. I was very active in High School with martial arts, track, and powerlifting. I have been off track on my exercising these past couple of weeks and I am thinking it is because I have gotten bored with my routine. Well I just ordered a stationary recumbent bike for myself for Christmas and hope to get it in a little over a week. I am getting excited about exercising again. I have WATP videos and FIRM videos and quite a few others...as I said before I look forward to getting to know everyone here...
