I've not had a good track record lately --- but I feel like I'm mentally getting to where I need to go --- to proceed with the physical.

The last 2 months - I've not participated and couple months before that -- I wasn't the best teammate.

April Foolishness

Here is the official thread for the April Foolishness. It contains the rules, team match-ups and the daily challenges.

RULES:

This is the point-based challenge for the month of April. This is a buddy challenge. Each team will consist of 2 members. On April 1st, each team that signs up will be going head-to-head against another team for 10 days. The team with the most points wins. Then each team will be assigned another team to go head-to-head with for the next 10 days. Same for the last 10 days of the month. So by the end of the month, each team will have gone through head-to-head matches with 3 other teams.

Each participant is required to provide the following information: Your name and your buddy’s name, your daily water goal, the calorie range you are shooting for, and your daily fitness goals for each day, Mondays – Fridays. These goals will be used as part of the point system.

EARNING POINTS:

For Monday – Friday only:
First, you can earn points by posting.
For each day you make at least 1 post to your team’s thread, you earn 1 point.

Second, you can earn points by meeting or exceeding your goals:
1 point for hitting your water goal
2 points for hitting your fitness goal
3 points for hitting your nutrition goal

Third, I will be posting a daily challenge worth 3 points. These challenges will be a variety of items.

So that is 10 points that can be earned Monday – Friday of each week.

For Saturday- Sunday only:
Each weekend will be strictly for April Foolishness!
To earn 20 points over the weekend, you have to do some act of “Foolishness” no matter how big or small. This act of “Foolishness” is judged by the team you are going up against. If they think that you did an act of foolish fun over the weekend, you will earn your 20 points.

Bonus Point Opportunities:
Watch the daily challenges. On occasion, I will be posting a bonus challenge. Complete the challenge and earn the points offered.
