Feb 8 = 250.9 (-2.2 lbs)

Feb 15 = 250.2 (-0.7 lbs)...not bad with 3 nights out this week! (Valentine's, a birthday & company)

Feb 22 = 250.2 (0)....at least no gain....company just left. :(

Mar 1 = 250.2 (0)...staying the same again! My knees had shots so no movement. Oh well!

Are you hopelessly devoted to your scale? I bet I could guess the answer to that question! This is our surprise weekly weigh-in thread for February.

Since our other challenges are not tied to weekly weigh-ins, we wanted to offer an easy challenge tied to simply losing weight.

We will be weighing in each Friday and tracking our weight loss. Post your weekly weigh-ins here. If you lose weight for the week, you will earn a fun little goodie.

Be watching this thread each day for a highlighted song or two to get your toes tapping each day. Some will be great workout tunes, others may require you find a partner to go cheek to cheek.
