I'm back online. I sts so no loss this week but no gain either. I did so well during the last challenge and flopped this one! Sorry. Yes this is a hard time of year! So many parties and meals. My Seniors are giving me chocolate for Christmas, because that is what they are allowed to give! Ugh! Temptation!

Heh Dove,

Your computer must still be having issues.

I have had an off week. Benn having the munchies --- hard to munch when there is no junk in the house! Felt bad about Monday, then when I wrote it ALL down ---not bad. Went a few points over my daily target, but well within my weekly budget. So it should be all good.

Went to ride my bike one day and just had no energy, legs kept cramping -- so I just quit. did it fine the next. Stress is just taking its toll.....

Gotta destress --- holidays, work, the school shooting---- my daughter is twelve and she is stressed with finals and the school shooting. There has been "talk" at her school about a shooting that has led to alerts from the school, extra security, phone calls --- hard to tell her not to worry about it or it will never happen with the events of last week.

I need a vacation --- a cruise would be nice.......

Okay -- I better go --- storms here this morning and the power keeps flickering, I better find the lanterns in case it stays off when daughter needs to get ready for school.....

Hi, my computor is sick! I am hoping to be without it for no more than a couple of days. I can still put my weight in by phone if it is still gone on Friday, but you would have to look on timeline (whatever it is called for it on Friday) I hope it does not take that long though.

It's going to be a great week! I'm back in control and I am going to get out there for a long walk with the dog today. I was able to walk by cookies, cakes and chocolate with out even feeling the need to buy any! I sure hope I don't have another week like last week soon! Though that is the first yucky week since August so I guess I can not complain!

Well, at least we netted 0.6 loss. So, together we are still on the right track.

Let's keep focused this weekend. It is so sad about those children....I can't stand newsreporters asking STUPID questions during times like this

How about we both commit to an extra 10 minutes of exercise this weekend!!!!! Yep, it is a challenge!

Funny what you mention about "normal" and mental health --- I am sure your view of "normal"is somewhat "jaded" emoticon

I have worked in family law for the last 18 years ---- my view of "normal" is a little jaded too!!! emoticon

I am starting to be "my normal" which may or may not be "normal" to others. They do say if you work in Mental Health long enough you eventually need help yourself. Since I have worked in Mental Health for over 25 years my normal may have a different look to it.

Still struggling, but getting better. I sure hope I snap out of it soon or you are going to ask Santa for another partner.

Glad everything is going well for you. emoticon tomorrow is Friday.

My goal this weekend it to refocus and exercise.

Time to get back in gear!!! I "took off" yesterday from exercise and went to bed at 8. We had a cold front hit and it brought some foreign pollen or something as I spent the day all stuffy and sneezy! Taking decongestants so need to pump up the water. Workwise, If I can get past Monday, I am home free till January --- will have to work, but no looming deadlines.

Happy 12-12-12!!! Supposed to be a lucky day!!

Just another busy work week...... Gotta get past next Monday ====then homefree till after the new year!!

Everyone here including all the animals is sound asleep and I am printing things for tomorrow morning .....Ok, right, now I am playing on sparkpeople, but the printer is printing!!

Not sure where the weekend went. Was 80 here on Sunday, supposed to freeze tonight --- I am starting to get stuffy with the drastic temp change.....did you end up with a cold?

heh....don't know what happened to yesterday --- poof and it was gone!

My husband's blood pressure is out of wack, so my day has also gone out of wack.

I see that weigh ins are on Friday --- that is tomorrow, so I better push some water today and wash all the yuck away.

I usually don't have trouble getting my 5 - 7 in a day, I do love fruit and veggies though!
I grew up on an Orchard with a huge garden.

I hope you are great, I'm having a tired hungry day! I hope I am less tired and less hungry tomorrow. I feel like missing out on my exercise, but I will do some before Supper! Next on the list of things to do~
